Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install software?
No. Gestion runs in the browser, on computer, tablet and phone. The site is deployed once on your Drupal hosting.
Can I use Gestion in German, English or Italian?
Yes. A single setting changes the language of the whole site: portal, forms, emails, quotes, invoices and exports. The language is that of the whole site, so it also applies to the documents sent to your clients.
Do invoices include a QR-bill?
Yes. Each invoice has the QR payment part with your Swiss or Liechtenstein IBAN; with a QR-IBAN, the 27-digit QR reference is generated.
Is online payment required?
No. It is optional: without Stripe, the client pays by bank transfer with the QR-bill. Stripe’s fees are at your expense.
Where is my data hosted?
Wherever you install Gestion: on your own hosting, or on ours. Hosting in Switzerland is possible; compliance with the Swiss FADP remains your responsibility.
Does Gestion replace my bookkeeping?
No. Gestion prepares the records: sales, purchases, VAT summary and receipts to hand to your accountant, who validates the accounts and the VAT.
